Ideal For: Bridal & Groom Suites Engagement Celebrations Family Gatherings Photo & Video Shoots VIP Hospitality The Nomadic Luxe Suite Experience From reservation to final pickup, Nomadic Venue Experiences provides a seamless luxury hospitality experience designed to let you focus on your event while we handle the details. **BOOKING & PLANNING** Choose your 4, 6, 8-hour or Full-Day experience and secure your date online. After booking, we'll coordinate delivery, placement, access, timing, site requirements, and any selected upgrades or special requests. **PRE-EVENT PREPARATION** Before every reservation, the Luxe Suite is professionally cleaned, sanitized, inspected, restocked, and fully tested. The hospitality bar is replenished, refreshments are prepared, and every amenity is checked so the suite arrives guest-ready. **DELIVERY & SETUP** On event day, our team transports the Luxe Suite to your location, positions and stabilizes it, connects applicable utilities, tests the systems, and completes a final inspection. Once setup is complete, your experience begins. **YOUR LUXE EXPERIENCE** Enjoy the complete suite and its curated amenities, including the Nomadic Hospitality Bar, complimentary refreshments, Samsung 55" The Frame QLED 4K TV and soundbar, PS5, karaoke, massage chair, library, fireplace, climate control, premium lighting, and welcome experience. Keep an eye out for a Hidden Key—you may discover an unexpected surprise. **SAFETY & CARE** Guests are expected to treat the suite, furnishings, technology, and amenities with care and follow all house and safety rules. Security cameras may be used in and around the suite for safety, security, and property protection, with notices provided as required by law. **CONCLUSION & PICKUP** At the end of your reserved time, simply gather your belongings, return items to their designated areas, and notify us of any accidental damage or concerns. No deep cleaning is required. Our team handles inspection, secure teardown, transportation, cleaning, sanitization, restocking, and preparation for the next experience.
Cancellation Policy
BOOKING POLICY & TERMS By booking with Nomadic Venue Experiences, you agree to these policies. **Reservations & Payment** Reservations are confirmed when required payment, booking information, and agreements are completed. Your reservation secures the selected date, time, package, and services. Travel, upgrades, extended time, special site requirements, taxes, and other services may incur additional charges. **No Refunds** Confirmed reservations are non-refundable, except where required by law. Payments cover scheduling, preparation, staffing, transportation, and reservation of the Luxe Suite. **Rescheduling** Qualifying reservations may be rescheduled subject to availability, notice, fees, and price differences. A new date is confirmed only when approved by Nomadic Venue Experiences in writing. **Delivery & Pickup** Customers must provide accurate event information and ensure the site is accessible and suitable. Our team handles delivery, setup, inspection, and pickup. Customers and guests may not move, tow, reposition, disconnect, or modify the suite or equipment. Unauthorized extensions or pickup delays may incur additional charges. **Guest Conduct & Damage** The booking customer is responsible for guests. Smoking, vaping, illegal activity, open flames, intentional misuse, and prohibited conduct are not permitted. Customers may be responsible for damage, theft, loss, misuse, or excessive cleaning caused by themselves or guests, as permitted by law. **Security Cameras** Security cameras may operate in and around the suite for safety, security, incident documentation, and property protection. Required notices will be provided. Guests may not tamper with security equipment. **Weather & Unforeseen Events** Weather, unsafe conditions, mechanical issues, transportation problems, venue restrictions, emergencies, or circumstances beyond our control may require service to be modified, delayed, relocated, suspended, or canceled. When reasonably possible, we will offer an alternative or rescheduling option. **Amenities** Amenities may vary due to availability, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control. Comparable alternatives may be provided when possible. **Personal Property** Guests are responsible for personal belongings. Nomadic Venue Experiences is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unattended property except where prohibited by law. **Agreement** The signed rental agreement contains the complete terms governing your reservation.
